 Along the trail, the creative path winds endlessly for the poet |

A poet reflects on the creative process |
No poem, no tome,
Till I can roam
Abroad, with backpack's soap and comb,
A zillion miles away from home,
Perhaps past northern lights of Nome,
Beyond the southern sights of Forum's Rome,
Where verses flow like storm-surf foam.
